      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;35000 - &amp;pound;40000/annum | Type: Permanent | Operations Manager / Pharmacy Area Manager   An exciting opportunity is available for an  Operations Manager / Pharmacy Area Manager  to join a rapidly growing independent pharmacy group with  11 pharmacies  currently in operation and ambitious plans to expand to  20+ sites .   Role Details:      Salary:  Up to  -40,000  per annum (40 hours per week)    Working Hours:  40 hours per week    Role:  Operations Manager / Pharmacy Area Manager    Key Responsibilities:     Drive operational performance across multiple pharmacy branches.   Lead and develop pharmacy teams to ensure high standards of service.   Oversee stock control and improve operational efficiency.   Support the implementation and growth of NHS and private pharmacy services.   Work closely with pharmacy managers to improve performance and achieve business objectives.   Assist with the expansion and integration of new pharmacy sites.   This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated pharmacy professional looking to take the next step into a multi-site operational leadership role within a fast-growing organisation.</description>
