Operations Manager

Are you an experienced Operations Manager who thrives on creating efficient processes, leading high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a busy warehouse and logistics operation within a growing business that has recently invested in a substantial 50,000 sq ft facility.

Key Tasks:

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing operations team

• Drive efficiency across warehouse, inventory and distribution functions

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations

• Oversee facilities, site security and operational assets

• Manage budgets, control costs and identify efficiency savings

• Ensure strict adherence to food product controls, including batch tracking, FIFO/FEFO rotation, and full traceability.

Experience

• Proven operations, warehouse or logistics management experience

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Experience improving systems, processes and performance

• Commercial awareness and budget management expertise

• A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
