We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations and Logistics Manager to manage the storage and deployment of event equipment, and ensure the smooth operation of our events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking for an opportunity to learn and grow within the industry.Day-to-day of the role:

Manage the storage and deployment of event equipment efficiently.Handle the collection and delivery of food and equipment for various events.Oversee the management of catering hire orders.Ensure practical preparation for events is effectively handled, including problem-solving as needed.Work independently and interact directly with clients, providing exceptional service.Drive the company van as part of the role.Required Skills and Qualifications:

Full driving licence is essential.Experience in operations or logistics management, preferably within the events or catering industry.Ability to work independently and take on responsibilities quickly.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during busy periods, balanced with time off during quieter times.Benefits:
