Operations Leader

Operations Leader We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join a busy and expanding manufacturing company based in Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manufacturing professional with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced production environment. Previous experience within an extrusion manufacturing environment is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who is passionate about operational excellence, people development, and continuous improvement. Please note this is a position that requires an immediate start after the interview stage due to expansion projects. Main Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams to achieve high levels of performance and engagement. Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the site. Manage and improve key operational KPIs, ensuring targets are consistently achieved. Identify and implement efficiency improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to deliver customer and business objectives. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive working environment.
