Operations Lead Role: Operations andamp; Delivery Lead Location: Farnborough - 3 days per week Salary: Up to £110k Are you a talented Ops leader that is looking for a new role? Are you someone that loves not operational management but also oversight and driving success in delivery?We''re working with a UK SME in the Defence andamp; Security space that is looking to hire an Operations Lead to join their growing team in Farnborough.Whilst the role does not require previous background in the defence sector, a knowledge of project delivery and multifaceted teams is highly beneficial.You will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and work across the business to drive strategic initiatives and improve current business processes and procedures to increase productivity and delivery excellence.This will be a both internal and externally facing role for the business.
