Gaia House Operations Lead (Part-Time, 28 Hours) Contract type: Permanent, part-time, non-residential position Location: Gaia House, West Ogwell, Devon Hours: 28 hours per week (0.8 FTE) over 4 days Salary and Benefits: £38,000 to £43,000 FTE (£30,400 to £34,400 pro rata), depending on experience, plus pension contributions and a range of family-friendly, compassionate leave and wellbeing benefits. About the Role As Operations Lead, you will provide leadership across the operational functions of the organisation and work closely with the Director, staff team and residential community.
