Operations Executive

Our client is seeking an Operations Executive to join their friendly team to be at the heart of their operations and customer service, ensuring that their award-winning print and digital products are produced, distributed and supported efficiently. This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, with three days a week in their London office and two days from home. This is a highly interesting and varied role where no two days are the same and would suit someone from a publishing or subscription-based customer service background, or someone who has worked in production, but is looking for a more varied role. Some of the key responsibilities will include: Managing the weekly print order and distribution process, liaising with external suppliers, and collaborate with print and distribution partners. Providing first-contact support for production and distribution queries Monitor print runs, back issues and e-commerce orders to ensure prompt outcomes Work with external Subscription Bureaus to manage queries, and investigate and resolve any complaints, delivery issues and digital subscription queries.
