Operations Executive - Asset Finance OperationsLocation: Gatwick Salary: Competitive + BenefitsAn established and fast-growing lending business is looking to appoint an Operations Executive to support the management of specialist funding facilities and property-backed lending products.This is an excellent opportunity for someone from an asset finance, leasing, commercial lending or wider financial services background who enjoys taking ownership of transactions, working closely with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring facilities are managed accurately throughout their lifecycle.The RoleWorking within a busy operations team, you''ll be responsible for the end-to-end administration and servicing of funding facilities, ensuring drawdowns, settlements and redemptions are processed efficiently, accurately and in line with agreed procedures.You''ll play a key role in maintaining excellent customer outcomes while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a growing lending portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesReviewing and processing drawdown requests against approved facilities.Authorising payouts within delegated authority levels.Monitoring facility utilisation and highlighting potential risks or exceptions.Managing ongoing facility servicing, including invoicing, settlements and account maintenance.Taking ownership of redemption and settlement processes from initial request through to completion.Liaising with customers, solicitors, finance teams and third-party ..... full job details .....
