4-month fixed-term contract (with potential to extend) .

This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of client projects, internal processes, and the company''s bespoke online platform. If you''re highly organised, proactive, and enjoy making things run seamlessly, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for client requests and feedbackCoordinate with a network of field agents to ensure projects are completed on timeManage scheduling, updates, and internal coordination for the teamHandle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and finance trackingMaintain spreadsheets for project, client, and revenue monitoringTake ownership of the online client portal: administration, reporting, and supportEnsure reports are delivered on time and to a high standardSupport clients with portal use and provide clear communication of project requirementsWhat We''re Looking ForA natural organiser who keeps things flowing and on trackFluent and clear command of EnglishStrong communicator who enjoys working with people and solving problems.Comfortable working remotely, with proactive communication and regular virtual collaborationThe DetailsContract:

Fixed-term maternity cover (4 months, scope to extend)Working Pattern:

32 hours per week across 5 daysLocation:

Remote, with occasional (1 day per month) travel to London/BerkshirePackage:

Up to £35,000, pension scheme, laptop providedExtras:
