Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 Per Annum

Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications & Events
- Help create and circulate internal newsletters, team updates, or key policy changes
- Support SLT with initiatives related to engagement and team building
- Help organise company events, team socials, or award days out
Automation & Process Improvement
- Own the documentation and standardisation of internal processes to reduce singular knowledge and free senior leadership time
- Drive the automation of manual tasks, freeing up valuable resources and reducing operational costs
- Responsible for IT troubleshooting queries managed via ticketing system
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Manage the integrity and accuracy of data across departments to support decision making and strategic initiatives
- Create and maintain regular business reports for leadership, ensuring data is consistent, accurate, and actionable
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide data driven insights to inform key business decisions
Internal Onboarding & Induction
- Deliver onboarding plans for all new starters
- Set up new users on internal systems (CRM, Emails, Comms tools)
- Schedule and support first week inductions and shadowing with relevant teams
- Coordinate desk setup and welcome materials
Learning & Development Coordination
- Maintain internal process documentation and SOPs
- Schedule internal training
- Source external training providers as needed
- Monitor training completion and feedback
Inbox & Calendar Management
- Take ownership of shared inboxes and key administrative workflows to minimise interruptions for SLT
- Manage CEO calendars, scheduling meetings to ensure focus on high priority tasks
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
Support to Senior Leadership and Marketing Team
- Provide general administrative support to senior management, helping with both day to day operational needs and larger strategic projects
- Help to execute on high priority business initiatives by coordinating resources, tracking project progress, and delivering operational insights
