Operations Director

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a key leadership appointment with responsibility for driving operational performance, leading strategic improvement initiatives, and supporting the continued growth of the business. This opportunity will suit an experienced operations leader who enjoys working in a hands-on manufacturing environment and has a proven track record of improving operational performance while developing high-performing teams. The Opportunity As Operations Director, you will lead all operational functions across the business, ensuring efficiency, quality and customer delivery remain at the forefront. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will drive continuous improvement and help shape the future direction of the organisation.
