Operations DirectorLocation: Bristol (Onsite)Salary: Competitive + Equity + BonusAbout the BusinessOur client is on a mission to restore fish stocks and marine ecosystems by building a global network of regenerative producers and connecting them to customers through a transparent, technology-enabled supply chain.Having achieved significant organic growth, the business is entering its next phase of scale and is seeking an Operations Director to help shape and deliver that growth.The RoleAs Operations Director, you will lead the end-to-end operational strategy of the business, overseeing supply chain, fulfilment, logistics, inventory and customer delivery.Working closely with the leadership team, you will build a scalable operating model that supports rapid growth while maintaining exceptional quality, service and commercial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant influence over how the business evolves.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the operational strategy to support business growth.Lead end-to-end supply chain, fulfilment and logistics operations.Drive operational excellence, service levels and customer satisfaction.Optimise costs, margins and overall operational performance.Implement scalable processes, systems and performance frameworks.Lead capacity planning and align operations with commercial objectives.Build, mentor and develop a high-performing operations team.Contribute as a key member of the senior leadership team.About YouProven ..... full job details .....
