Founded in 1972 and headquartered in North Wales, the company supplies customers worldwide through its own brands and private-label solutions.About PositionAs a result of their substantial growth, we currently recruit for the Operations Director who will oversee day-to-day operations, managing staff and resources, setting goals and budgets, evaluating performance, driving growth and profitability, and ensuring the overall success of the organisation.Key Responsibilities Setting strategic goals and making decisions for operational activities to drive theoverall growth and profitability of the company.Supervising and managing staff from different departments to ensure seamlesscollaboration and coordination. Evaluating the efficiency of existing business procedures and implementingimprovements to optimise productivity.Managing the operations budgets to make informed decisions and enhanceprofitability.Data analysis and strategic planning to optimize processes, growth and efficiencyCommunicating policies and directives to managers and staff and fostering a cultureof continuous improvement.Identifying ways to enhance customer service and satisfaction, ensuring a positiveexperience for clients.
