This is an important appointment for Soho as we look to strengthen our resident and community- focused service across housing operations. The newly appointed Operations Director will be part of a four-person Executive alongside the Chief Executive, Finance Director and Commercial Director. Job Description: Supporting the Board and the Chief Executive in ensuring the delivery of the overall strategy and business plan for Soho. Working with the Executive Team to challenge the status quo and explore alternative ways of working which optimise resources and secure strong internal controls.
