Operations Director - Fire Protection

CBCR Ltd is working in partnership with a highly successful construction company who have a very strong pipeline of Passive Fire Protection works to find an Operations Director / Manager to drive the business forward during the early growth phase.

The business is a new venture for a construction company with a current annual turnover of c.-65m and they have existing clients with requirements for Passive Fire Protection works.- They are looking for an experienced Fire Protection specialist to drive this business to realise these opportunities.

-The successful candidate will have experience in securing accreditations, business development, pricing and managing projects and staff.- Strong commercial acumen is essential, as is the drive and ambition to develop a business from strong foundations, with the support of the directors and senior management already in place.
