The Operations Director will be reporting to the Regional Director. This role will provide leadership and management across the Northern part of the Country and will work towards developing and delivering a profitable target revenue. Accountable for PandL business operations, and implementation of the business plan, leading and working closely with the business development, pre-construction teams to profitably grow market share within the region whilst ensuring a safe on time delivery by the operations team.
