Operations Director

A leading family-run care provider is seeking an experienced Operations Director to join its senior leadership team and take responsibility for the operational performance of a diverse portfolio of services across Surrey and the wider South East.The organisation provides nursing, residential, dementia, and specialist rehabilitation services and is continuing to invest in the development and growth of its portfolio. This is a senior position with responsibility for providing strong operational leadership across multiple services, while working closely with the CEO, and Board.The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and governance while also driving commercial performance, operational efficiency and future growth.There is also scope for the role to develop into a broader group-level leadership position as part of the organisation''s succession planning.
