Operations Director

Operations Director Butler Rose is delighted to have been exclusively appointed to support a well-established manufacturing business in the Torbay area to recruit an Operations Director. This is a pivotal appointment for an experienced operational leader who enjoys driving change, creating structure and improving performance within a growing manufacturing environment. In the role, you will take overall responsibility for operations and play a key role in shaping the next stage of the company''s development. The organisation produces engineered products for a diverse customer base and is looking for someone capable of bringing stability, accountability and operational excellence across the business. This role would suit an individual with a background in engineering, technical manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, precision manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, defence, automotive or other complex manufacturing sectors. The Role As Operations Director, you will lead the operational functions of the business, ensuring that products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time whilst driving ongoing improvements in performance, cost and customer satisfaction. You will inherit a capable team and be tasked with strengthening processes, improving operational visibility and developing an environment where teams are empowered, accountable and focused on results.
