We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Operations Director based in Essex.Day to Day for Operations Director:Contract Delivery: Strategic leadership across day-to-day responsive repairs, voids, and minor works contracts, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently hit.Commercial Acumen: Full PandL responsibility, overseeing cash flow, cost management, and operational profitability alongside the commercial team.Client Relationships: Act as the key executive contact for housing associations and local authority clients, building long-term partnerships and managing framework performance.Safety and Quality: Drive a zero-harm, work-safe culture and maintain high standards of Health and Safety, compliance, and quality across all contracts.Leadership and Team Management: Direct and mentor a multi-tiered operational team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.Planning and Reporting: Produce and present detailed progress and ..... full job details .....
