Vacancy: Operational DirectorSalary: From £65,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications) + PackageLocation: Yorkshire, North East and ScotlandAvon Search and Selection are happy to be recruiting for an experienced Operational Director to join our client s growing organisation. This role is to provide leadership across their Services located in Yorkshire, the North East and Scotland.About the roleThe Operational Director (preferably RGN or RMN) will oversee the performance, quality and compliance of the Services, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care and operational excellence across the group. This is a senior leadership role requiring regular travel between sites.The successful candidate must have: Significant experience in a senior operational leadership role within the care sector A proven track record of successfully managing multiple sites Strong knowledge and experience in services supporting, in particular:Acquired brain injuries.Alcohol-related acquired brain injuries. Strong leadership, compliance and service development experienceWhat we are looking for:- You will be an experienced and motivated leader who can drive quality and continuous improvement across all Services.
