About the role The Operational Director (preferably RGN or RMN) will oversee the performance, quality and compliance of the Services, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care and operational excellence across the group. This is a senior leadership role requiring regular travel between sites. The successful candidate must have: ·       Significant experience in a senior operational leadership role within the care sector ·       A proven track record of successfully managing multiple sites ·       Strong knowledge and experience in services supporting, in particular: Acquired brain injuries.
