With a growing programme of touring acts and community events, Vaillant Live plays a vital role in the city''s cultural heartbeat.The RoleTo support the seamless delivery of events at Vaillant Live by preparing, configuring, and maintaining operational setups. As part of the Operations Crew member, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences by supporting the Technical Department in ensuring the venue is ready and safe for concerts, conferences, and other events, while working collaboratively to meet expectations and health and safety standards. Our Casual Crew play a vital role in venue turnarounds.The ResponsibilitiesSupport the Operations Team in preparing for concerts, exhibitions, conferences and other public events, working across load-in, show day and load-out activities.Build, dismantle and configure event infrastructure, including staging systems, seating layouts, crowd control barriers, queuing systems and venue dividing walls to meet event requirements.Assist with venue changeovers, including overnight reconfigurations, ensuring spaces are prepared efficiently for upcoming events.Support event production activities, including loading and unloading trucks, manual handling of flight cases, supervised rigging and de-rigging of ..... full job details .....
