Responsible for EUA Vessel Operations cost control and administrative functions.Primary Job Responsibilities and Measurement:Assist to maintain, monitor and update tariffs in PSO (Port Service Order) in OPUS.Invoice/tariff queries resolution related to PSO. Daily communication with Vessels, Local OPS, Terminals and other marine vendors.Review costs on a regular basis to ensure it is allocated to the correct parties.Produce regular reports related to PSO and SDR/CDR.Produce operational Looker reports.Maintain Vessel Operations files ensuring they are kept accurate and up to date at all times, including managing files and organising archiving of files regularly. Manage emails to ensure accuracy and organisation are maintained, drafting communications when necessary.
