Operations Coordinator

to join our friendly and fast-moving team in Stockley Park.About the Role:

This is a support-based operations role perfect for someone with some office experience, great communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly and confidently. You’ll be part of the team that ensures shipments are booked, documents are prepped, and customers are kept in the loop.What You will do

Assist with booking shipments and arranging transportation via road, air, or seaPrepare and double-check documentation (CMRs, commercial invoices, customs forms)Liaise with clients, carriers, and agents via email and phoneHelp track shipments and flag any issues to the team quicklySupport the customs clearance process by liaising with brokers and gathering the right paperworkUpdate internal systems and keep shipment records tidy and up to dateBe part of a growing team where ideas, questions, and initiative are encouragedWhat We’re Looking For

Languages : Must be fluent in

English

and at least one of the following:

Polish, Romanian, or LithuanianO ffice or logistics admin experience

(1+ years preferred)A sharp eye for detail and a cool head under pressureComfortable using email, Excel, and logistics software (we’ll train you on ours)Willingness to learn about shipping, customs, and logisticsFriendly, reliable, and professional – you’ll be part of our frontline customer experienceStrong organisational and time-management skillsBonus Points For:

Knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping documents, or customsExperience in a multilingual or international business environmentA good sense of humour and a positive attitude – we work hard, but we keep it humanLocation
