Operations CoordinatorLocation: WednesburySector: Manufacturing / ProductionJob Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary £28 -32k We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support our busy production environment. This key role is focused on ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations through effective coordination, accurate record-keeping, and strong communication across teams. You will work closely with production, suppliers, and internal departments to help keep processes efficient, deadlines on track, and information flowing effectively.Day-to-day of the role:Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations and production teams.Maintain accurate records, including production schedules, reports, and documentation.Act as a central point of contact, coordinating communication between internal teams and external partners.Assist in planning and managing production schedules to ensure deadlines are achieved.Update internal systems with relevant production data and performance information.Support reporting processes, including preparing data for audits and reviews.Liaise with suppliers, raising purchase orders and assisting with procurement activities.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); experience with databases ..... full job details .....
