Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location:- Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary: up to -34,000p.a.
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30AM 05:00PM
Contract Type: Full Time, permanent
An opportunity has arisen for a-full time-Operations Coordinator-for our client-located in Haverhill, Suffolk.
As Operations Coordinator-you will be responsible for:
- Inputting purchase order information accurately
- Chasing-suppliers for outstanding deliveries-
- Placing and monitoring-orders for hire equipment
- Maintaining the Haverhill office noticeboard
- Welcoming-visitors-
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Keeping the Haverhill office tidy, organised and presentable
- Coordinate annual servicing and statutory checks
- Booking hotels and accommodation, arranging-hire cars, flights and other business travel
- Supporting supplier audits
- Opening new supplier accounts
- Arranging-couriers
- Booking training courses
- Order PPE and general workwear.
An ideal candidate for the Operations Coordinator-will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- IT literacy.
