Operations Coordinator
Our client, a leading entity in the manufacturing sector, is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a contract basis.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the operations departmentCollaborating with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operationsMonitoring internal order progress and providing regular reviews with teamsCoordinating with third-party manufacturers to ensure timely order deliveryServing as a liaison between service and production teamsPromoting a positive work culture through effective communication and teamworkCollaborating with quality assurance teams to address quality-related issuesMaintaining accurate documentation for operations and customer shipmentsGenerating operational reports on global communication platformsJob Requirements:Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and other departmentsExcellent problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop solutionsStrong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and set prioritiesAwareness of quality standards and regulationsAdaptability to handle changes and challenges in a dynamic environmentExperience with (url removed) or other global communication project platforms is desirablePrior experience in related roles such as Operations Assistant or Project Coordinator is beneficialEffective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficientlyFamiliarity with Sage ..... full job details .....
