Operations Coordinator
We re looking for an Operations Coordinator who thrives on structure, communication, and keeping everything running like clockwork. If you enjoy being the hub of activity, solving problems before they appear, and supporting engineering teams to deliver exceptional work, this Operations Coordinator position might be exactly what you ve been looking for. Based primarily within Charing Cross, with travel to Hammersmith. Occassionaly travel to Head Office in Hillingdon. As our Operations Coordinator, you ll be the link between clients, engineers, suppliers, and the wider operations team. You ll ensure every project is accurately set up, scheduled correctly, and delivered on time. From managing enquiries and issuing quotations to planning resources, logistics, and maintaining compliance, the Operations Coordinator is central to every job from start to finish. This role suits someone who is organised, calm under pressure, confident working with systems and data, and comfortable building relationships across multiple teams. In short, a Operations Coordinator who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and keeps projects running smoothly. What you ll be doing as a Operations Coordinator Setting up new projects, maintaining accurate client records, and scheduling engineers, subcontractors, fleet, and logistics.
