As Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for the delivery of music exams within the UK and Ireland. You will use a customer focused approach to exam delivery. Your key responsibilities will be to:Ensure quality delivery of all music exams, offering an outstanding level of service to Trinity customers and addressing any issues that ariseContribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and underpinning operational processesYou will be a key point of contact for customers, advising on assessment options and answering queries. You will work with exam centres and examiners to ensure smooth running of the exams. You will also manage scheduling and any administrative tasks related to exam delivery.About you
