Operations Controller Aviation Location: Gatwick Airport Salary: £30,000 £35,000 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 25 days holiday + Life Insurance About the Company We are recruiting on behalf of an established international aviation services business specialising in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and airport equipment solutions. The organisation works closely with airports, airlines and ground handling companies, providing equipment, maintenance, technical support and operational services designed to keep busy airport environments running safely and efficiently. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an Operations Controller to join their Gatwick Airport operation. The Role The Operations Controller will play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the engineering and technical teams. Working closely with the Operations Manager, Gatwick-based technicians, field engineers, customers and internal departments, you will ensure breakdowns and service requests are responded to quickly, engineers are deployed effectively and customers are kept fully informed. This would suit somebody with a strong customer service, operations, coordination or engineering support background who enjoys working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
