Operations, Compliance and Projects Manager

A newly created opportunity to join a thriving independent insurance business where you can take ownership of projects across compliance, operations, Consumer Duty and wider business improvement. Our client is a successful and growing independent insurance business, employing approximately 46 people and managing £28 million GWP. Operating within a modern, technology-led insurance and insurtech environment, the business continues to invest in its people, systems, regulatory framework and operational infrastructure. As part of this growth, they are creating a brand-new position for a Compliance and Operations Project Manager. This is not a traditional compliance-only role. We are looking for a hands-on, organised and commercially minded individual who enjoys taking ownership of projects, bringing structure to ideas and ensuring actions are successfully delivered. The Opportunity Working closely with the senior leadership team and colleagues across the business, you will manage and support projects spanning: Compliance Consumer Duty Operations Governance Systems Processes Business Change Continuous Improvement You could be coordinating several priorities at any one time - establishing project plans, documenting requirements, bringing stakeholders together, monitoring actions and deadlines, and ensuring projects progress successfully from discussion through to implementation.
