Operations Co-ordinator Spider is recruiting on behalf of a growing and forward-thinking freight forwarding and logistics business for an Operations Co-ordinator to join their team based in Little Blakenham, Suffolk on a full-time, permanent basis.Fantastic company benefits includeCompetitive Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experienceHoliday: 23 days annual leave plus bank holidaysAbout the roleAs an Operations Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in managing freight movements across European road freight, as well as supporting air and sea freight operations. Working closely with customers, hauliers, shipping lines and overseas partners, you will be responsible for ensuring shipments are delivered efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service.This genuinely multi-modal role offers excellent variety, responsibility, and opportunities for professional development.Working hours for this role will be 9am 5pm, Monday to Friday, on site in Little BlakenhamKey Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage European road freight movements, with involvement in air and sea freight operations.Oversee shipments from booking through to final delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient transport.Serve as the main customer contact, providing proactive updates, support, and issue resolution.Liaise with hauliers, shipping lines, airlines, and international logistics partners to ensure effective service delivery.Maintain accurate shipment records, documentation, system ..... full job details .....
