The role will heavily centre on the monitoring of stock and equipment, as well as managing servicing and roadworthiness of small machinery and company vehicles. Working closely with the Site Teams to ensure availability and suitability as well as The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing building and facilities maintenance, acting as a single point of contact for on-site contractors when required.Roles can include: Managing stock, equipment, small machinery, vehicles, and facilities, while also overseeing regional administration. You will collaborate effectively with support services, site teams, and project management. Ensure the servicing, roadworthiness, and availability of the local company fleet. Managing maintenance and inspection, ensuring all equipment is compliant and fit for purpose. Remove items from use when necessary. Oversee goods in/out and stock rotation. Conduct regular stock checks to ensure materials are correctly labelled and stored Issuing tools and equipment to teams, ensure they are returned, and oversee the maintenance of all tools and machinery.
