This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and likes being involved across different areas of a business. Working closely with the Operations Director, you ll become a key member of the team and a real go-to person across the practice. The Role This is a genuinely varied position, with responsibilities spanning operations, financial services administration, compliance, marketing and wider business support. You ll be involved in areas such as: Supporting operational projects and identifying opportunities to improve processes Preparing operational reports and management information Maintaining business procedures, documentation and internal records Supporting advisers with technical business submissions and new business applications Monitoring pipelines and proactively progressing cases through to completion Liaising with providers and internal teams to resolve queries Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems Supporting compliance monitoring, quality assurance and outstanding actions Assisting with audit preparation and regulatory ..... full job details .....
