      <description>Location: City | Salary: 13.68-13.68 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Operations Associate What you will do:  Provides manufacturing, product and process co-ordination support to the manufacturing line. In addition, coordinates and evaluates production training and trains trainers. Responsible for ensuring the performance of an assigned team / work process. The role involves having ownership and accountability for personal and team-based performance metrics. This role involves working closely with the Operations Supervisors to reduce downtime and optimise performance to the production plan. Ensuring the team performance meets KPIs on Safety, Quality and Productivity. Provides active coaching and feedback to operators. Actively manages production flow to optimise performance Ensures Production Schedule is always followed.
