Operations Associate
Meraki Talent are partnering with a global Financial Services firm who are looking for an Operations Associate to join their team on a permanent basis. This role would suit a recent Financial Services graduate, or those who have gained experience within a busy reconciliations or settlements function. Key duties will involve; Coordinate and manage the full settlement lifecycle for precious metals refining transactions, from intake through to final settlement. Calculate and verify balances, assay results, refining yields and losses. Prepare and process customer settlements Reconcile customer accounts Act as a primary point of contact for customers on settlement-related queries, providing clear and timely communication. Support and enhance record keeping of inventory levels Conduct routine inventory counts of high value items Support month-end and year-end close processes through accurate reporting and reconciliation. Maintain robust records and audit trails in line with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice. Applicants should be able to demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail. It is also important that applicants are able to confidently communicate with strong stakeholder and demonstrate customer management skills. This is a permanent opportunity, based in the office.
