They are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join their Southampton team, supporting the delivery of specialist underwater and diving projects.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established maritime organisation within a fast-paced operational environment where no two days are the same. You''ll play a key role in ensuring projects are planned, coordinated and delivered efficiently, working closely with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.The RoleWorking alongside the Underwater Contracts Manager and Operations Team, you will provide administrative, operational and commercial support across the full project lifecycle, from initial enquiry and quotation through to project completion and invoicing.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the day-to-day coordination of underwater operations projects.Assisting with the preparation of quotations, work packs, project files and operational documentation.Raising and processing purchase orders and supporting supplier administration activities.Liaising with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and operational personnel to support project delivery.Managing incoming enquiries and providing timely responses to requests and ..... full job details .....
