Operations Assistant

KT and Coe Recruit are recruiting on behalf of a Norwich-based business that is seeking an extremely commercial and commercially astute candidate.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly articulate, and possess strong analytical ability. The role requires someone who can think quickly, make sound commercial decisions, and work confidently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Reviewing and analysing pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability.Monitoring margins and identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance.Supporting product or service development with a strong commercial perspective.Working closely with internal teams to assess market trends and adjust pricing or strategy accordingly.Preparing and presenting commercial reports and insights to management.Communicating clearly with stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues across the business.Identifying opportunities for growth, cost efficiency, and improved commercial outcomes.Responding quickly to changes in market conditions and making informed recommendations.Supporting negotiations and commercial discussions where required.Ensuring commercial decisions align with the company''s wider business strategy.This is a Monday to Friday position based in Norwich.Onsite Parking Call Katie OR Tasha to discuss further ..... full job details .....
