Operations Assistant

Freightserve-recruitment-are-looking-for-an-Operations-Assistant-for-a-growing-specialist-Freight-Forwarder.-The-role-will-be-varied-including-office-and-warehouse-duties.-There-is-real-progression-offered-with-this-position-as-the-company-are-fast-growing.-The- working-hours-are-Monday-Friday-9am 5pm,-but-there-is-a-need-to-be-flexible.-The- company-are-based-in-the-West-Drayton-area.

Duties:-

• Arranging-Imports-and-Exports
• Completing-all-paperwork
• Responding-to-e-mails
• Customer-Services
• Communicate-with-overseas-offices
• Dealing-with-queries
• Booking-shipments-with-airlines
• Administration-duties
• Liaising-with-suppliers
• Pre-alerts
• Warehouse-duties-(packing-and-labelling)
• Unloading-vehicles
• No-heavy-lifting
• Supporting-and-coordinating-with-management
• Help-in-keeping-the-warehouse-environment-clean-and-tidy

Experience-Required:-

• Freight,-Courier-or-Logistics-experience
• Excellent-customer-service-skills

Hours:-Monday-Friday-9am-5pm
