A client of ours in the Tiptree area are recruiting an Operations Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexible hours available) and paying -28,000 - -35,000 per annum depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Operations Assistant role will include but are not limited to:
- Admin support and managing emails
- Accounts processing via QuickBooks
- Preparing quotes for clients
- Ordering materials and supplies
- Cleaning and maintaining machine parts
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- Previous admin or operations experience
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Experience within the manufacturing and production industry desirable
