The Operations Assistant will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in managing the daily schedules of our engineers, coordinating email bookings and optimising travel routes to minimise downtime.     Key Responsibilities for the   Operations Assistant  :    Email Management: Handle and prioritise a high volume of booking requests, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.  Scheduling and Coordination: Allocate jobs effectively to a team of mobile engineers, optimising travel routes.  Communication: Liaise with engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
