Our client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Operations and Warehouse Manager to lead a dynamic team of 8 warehouse staff. If you have a passion for optimising processes and ensuring smooth operations, we want to hear from you!What You''ll Do:As the Operations and Warehouse Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for:Leading and managing all warehouse staff to ensure seamless dispatching of orders and receipt of stock.Overseeing three key areas: Pick, Pack and Dispatch; Goods In; and Stock Control.Maintaining accurate stock records, conducting inventory checks, and managing full stock takes.Collaborating with a Health and Safety supervisor to uphold safety standards and regulations.Managing BSI audits and implementing improvements as necessary.Controlling UK carriers for efficient logistics management.Producing monthly KPIs for company directors to track operational success.Handling the purchase of consumables and ensuring warehouse and forklift maintenance. Who You Are:Proven experience in warehousing and staff management.Proficient in computer applications, particularly OGL Software and Microsoft Excel.A flexible, hands-on leader who thrives in an autonomous work environment.Confident in engaging with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
