Operations and Systems Manager

Hales Group are recruiting for an Operations and Systems Manager to join our client based in Halesworth, Suffolk. Key Responsibilities Become the in-house expert for the company''s ERP system Support the onboarding and ongoing operational management of key customer accounts Coordinate EDI requirements and customer-specific processes Investigate and resolve operational, systems and process-related issues Act as a key link between office, warehouse and external partners Assist with software improvements, integrations and testing Produce reports and analyse data using Excel and internal systems Support KPI reporting and business performance monitoring Maintain and organise technical, compliance and product documentation Assist with customer questionnaires and compliance ..... full job details .....
