This is a part-time role consisting of 22.5 hours per week. The successful Operations & Maintenance Coordinator will contribute towards our goal for the "Perfect Product" to provide our customers with accurate and high-quality handover information, certification and completion documentation (O&M pack) Reporting to the Head of Customer Service and Quality, you will work alongside our site teams and Supply Chain to build Operations and Maintenance folders on all of our projects to ensure our customers receive all of the information they need about how their building has been constructed and what they need to do to maintain it.
