Acting as the first point of contact for logistics enquiries from suppliers, carriers and internal teams . Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments . Coordinating communication between warehouse, procurement and external logistics partners . Preparing, organising and maintaining shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, CMRs, packing lists and invoices . Checking shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance . Monitoring international sea freight, air freight and domestic deliveries, providing updates on shipment progress and ETAs .
