Operations and Logistics Administrator

We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing business looking to add a Customer Operations and Logistics Administrator to its busy operations team. This is a varied position where you''ll play a key role in supporting customer orders, coordinating logistics administration and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the order fulfilment process. Working closely with Customer Operations, Logistics, Dispatch and Production, you''ll be an important part of ensuring customers receive an excellent service from order through to delivery. The Role No two days are quite the same. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining accurate customer records, order information and operational databases. Supporting the administration of outbound deliveries, including transport documentation, courier bookings and dispatch paperwork. Assisting with customer order processing, acknowledgements and order validation when required. Working alongside internal departments to ensure delivery documentation is completed accurately and on time. Producing and updating operational reports, trackers and performance information. Coordinating sample dispatches and ensuring supporting paperwork is completed correctly. Investigating delivery queries by gathering relevant information and supporting issue resolution.
