Operations and IT ManagerSalary: £45,000 per annum Location: UK-based, with preference for candidates based in or around London Contract: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week Working Pattern: Fully remote, with occasional travel to the London office when required Our client is an international organisation working across more than 23 countries, supporting colleagues, partners and programmes around the world. Following an organisational restructure, they are seeking an experienced Operations and IT Manager to bring together leadership of both operational and technology functions within a newly created role. The position sits within the Business Support function and offers the opportunity to influence organisational effectiveness, digital transformation and cybersecurity on a global scale. This is a rare opportunity for someone who combines strong operational leadership with credible IT expertise and enjoys working across multiple disciplines. You will lead strategic improvements, oversee critical systems and infrastructure, and ensure staff across a globally distributed workforce receive effective operational and technology support.
