Operations and Installation Manager

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Industry: Window and Door / Fenestration An established business within the window and door industry is looking for an experienced Operations and Installation Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and installation function. This is a hands-on management position overseeing installation teams while also taking responsibility for planning, stock, ordering, deliveries, suppliers, customers and health and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong fenestration experience, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to take ownership and make decisions. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the installation teams and day-to-day operations Plan installation schedules, workloads and resources Coordinate surveyors, installers, suppliers and customers Monitor projects from order through to delivery and installation Ensure installations are completed on time and to the required standards Manage snagging, remedial works and follow-up requirements Oversee stock control, warehouse organisation and materials Place supplier orders and monitor them through to delivery Coordinate deliveries with installation schedules Resolve supplier, delivery and product issues Take responsibility for health and safety across operations and installation Coordinate multiple projects and identify potential delays Ensure projects are fully prepared before installers attend site Support improvements to operational ..... full job details .....
