This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of a creative business, offering a unique blend of executive support, studio operations, and project coordination. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is confident managing shifting priorities while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a broad and dynamic role with three core areas of responsibility:Founder SupportProviding dedicated day-to-day support to the Founder, including complex diary management and schedulingCoordinating meetings, shoots, and travel arrangementsSupporting with internal and client-facing presentations, decks, and briefing materialsAssisting with planning events, shoots, and key business initiativesOperations and Studio CoordinationSupporting the smooth day-to-day running of the studio/officeActing as a key point of contact across the team, ensuring clear communication and organisationManaging suppliers, freelancers, and operational logisticsHelping to streamline processes and improve efficiencies across the businessProject and Team ..... full job details .....
