Key Responsibilities Business Operations and HR Support day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth company processes. Manage staff onboarding, employment contracts, and HR-related matters. Oversee health and safety requirements. Support recruitment processes and team planning. Liaise with the IT team to ensure staff equipment is in place and technical issues are resolved promptly.
